Administration and Accounting Support Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrator with a background in accounting or financial advising to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of financial and client-facing tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collating client documentation and handling purchasing workflows
* Managing and editing client details
* Preparing client reports and chasing information or payments
* Liaising confidently with the ATO for general interest charge matters
* Assisting with payment arrangements, asset changes, and setup of companies/trusts
* Providing occasional reception support
Requirements:
* 1–4 years' experience in administration, accounting support, or financial services
* Familiarity with Xero products (Xero and XBM) and document management systems
* Proactive communication skills and the confidence to engage with the ATO
* A team-focused attitude with a willingness to get involved and contribute
