The Role
MCA Engineering has developed a dedicated and motivated workforce with a broad range of expertise and a sincere customer focus. Due to an increase in work, we have the need for a skilled trades to join our team, including:
* Concreters – Formworkers
* Operators
* Steel Fixers
* Truck Drivers

We specialise in mining/quarrying, concrete processing infrastructure, custom engineering projects, residential and commercial structural steel, site maintenance and breakdowns.
* Solid rates on either 2/1 or 3/1 rosters

Requirements
* High level of attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, without supervision and also be part of a team
* Relevant qualifications, tickets
* Operators must have excavator, bobcat & loader licence
* Concreters must have experience in concrete finishing, including smoothing, leveling, and surface detailing
About You
* Current drivers licence
* Excellent communication skills
* At least 2 years experience in similar role
* Experience working on mine sites would be an advantage
* Locally based, FIFO or DIDO
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and D&A testing
