We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to provide Level 1/2 deskside support to users, troubleshoot issues with desktops, notebooks, mobile devices and record, update, and track helpdesk incidents and requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills with experience dealing with senior stakeholders.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies - M365, Exchange, Teams, Active Directory.
* Experience supporting AV equipment, including setting up conference rooms.
* Experience supporting hardware issues with laptops, phones, printer issues.
* Experience offering support both remotely and in person.
* Strong troubleshooting capabilities.
* Relevant qualifications in IT or related field.
