Oporto started in 1986 with one restaurant in Bondi. Since then we have grown to over 180 restaurants across Australia and internationally. Responsibilities
* As a Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand, customer promise, quality and safety standards.
* Deliver on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend and other controllable expenses.
* Lead teams by providing clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
* Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while maintaining high standards and customer experience.
Qualifications
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry.
* Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate direction into action.
* Proven leadership skills, including inspiring and supporting staff to perform at their best.
* Commitment to continuous improvement and championing the customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
