Job Title: Landscaping Assistant
The primary role of the Gardening Labourer involves assisting in maintaining garden beauty and functionality.
Responsibilities:
* Support gardening teams by carrying out a range of tasks including hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
* Operate hand tools and power equipment under the guidance of experienced team members.
* Assist in loading and unloading materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.
* Ensure cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment are maintained.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in landscaping or gardening is preferred but not essential.
* Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods is required.
* Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions is essential.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to high standards are necessary.
