We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging Office Administrator to support the business across a number areas. As this role engages with both internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, a positive can do attitude and professional manner are imperative.
You will part of a fast paced environment located in our West Perth office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general office administration and reception support
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
* Maintain and replenish kitchen and pantry supplies, including oversight of kitchen appliances (e.g. dishwasher and coffee machine)
* Coordinate catering for morning teas, internal meetings and events
* Perform data entry and maintain electronic records
* Order office supplies and support office-wide upkeep and presentation
* Provide responsive, ad-hoc administrative support to Managers and the wider team
About You
* Previous office administration, or customer service experience is an advantage
* Well‐organised with strong attention to detail
* Enjoys supporting people and creating a positive first impression
* Takes pride in maintaining a tidy, professional office environment
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Reliable, proactive and willing to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
