The role is suited to someone with experience in mortgage broking or banking support, who is passionate about service and ready to develop their career further.

Key Responsibilities
Manage loan applications from submission through to settlement
Liaise with clients, lenders, and referral partners
Prepare and review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
Maintain high levels of communication and follow-up throughout the loan process
Contribute to improving processes and supporting the wider team
What We Are Looking For
Experience in mortgage broking support, banking, or a similar client services role
Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help clients
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach with the ability to work well both independently and in a team
A strong work ethic and commitment to professional growth
