The role (simple)

You sell cars. Properly.

You hunt. You follow up. You close. You keep deals clean. You move fast.

You will be:

* Working leads hard (call/text/email/video)
* Running appointments and test drives with intent
* Negotiating like an adult (not a people-pleaser)
* Managing your pipeline like it's your business
* Closing deals without needing hand-holding
* Using systems to be sharper — not to hide
