- Work closely with the Melbourne Enabling and Leadership Team, VP's & alongside the PA team.
- Deliver best in class client/stakeholder services.
- Be the key point of contact for all staff and Visitors to Capgemini's Busiest Australian office.
**Let's talk about the role and responsibilities**
- Oversee front office/reception area and telephone
- Greet visitors and assist them with signing in via visitor management systems
- Pre-Register visitors on VMS
- Manage office stationery and kitchen and catering supplies
- Manage access/security passes for staff/visitors
- Arrange couriers and distribution of mail and packages
- Liaising with IT regarding co-ordination of laptops for new joiners and leavers
- Locker Management
- Liaise with Building Management Security to notify them of any onsite contractor visits / catering deliveries etc
- Managing after hours passes
- Managing fruit and milk deliveries
- Putting away stock ordered
- Manage and collect mail
- Ordering catering for events
- Assist with setting up for Events in the office
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Providing assistance to general enquiries
- Maintaining safety and security protocols
- Assisting transfers with Mobility etc
- Assisting broader AUNZ CRES Team with any project work, specific tasks
- Inducting of New Employees
- Maintain Meeting Rooms
- POC for on-site barista to support with ordering supplies
- POC for all CRES vendors coming onsite, including daily cleaner
- First Aid Officer
- Fire Warden
- Assist with preparing and collating information for Audits

- Prior experience in a similar role with advanced MS office skills.
- Highly organised and enjoy working autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
