We're seeking highly organised and detail-oriented Loan Services Officers to join our dynamic team. These roles offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the entire loan lifecycle, either focusing on the preparation of crucial loan documentation or ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of completed loan files. You will be integral in supporting our Retail network and ensuring timely and compliant loan settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise file status across all relevant systems.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve team and business objectives.
- Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Prepare legal security documentation (contracts, mortgages etc.).
- Demonstrate knowledge of conveyancing and property title requirements.
- Process completed loan documentation accurately.
- Ensure accurate and timely loan funding.
- Manage workflow and resolve queries efficiently.
To succeed in this role, we'd love you to have:
- (Desirable, not essential):Experience in banking/finance, knowledge of the Consumer Credit Code and Banking Code of Practice, loan securities, land titles, property/stamp duty legislation, and loan processing/security documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems (specify which ones if applicable).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
We offer flexible work options with a hybrid model of minimum 60% on site attendance(3 days a week), based in our Adelaide, Bendigo, Melbourne or Sydney Head Offices. This is a Full-time, 12 Month Contract position.
