Skills & Experience Experience in property management Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise Confident communicator with a client-first mindset Understanding of relevant property management legislation Real Estate & Drivers Licence Bonus if you have experience in residential sales and open homes Duties & Responsibilities Manage a residential property portfolio with a focus on proactive communication Conduct routine inspections, entry/exit reports, and coordinate maintenance Support leasing activities including open homes, application processing, and onboarding new tenants Assist with arrears management, renewals, and general administration Provide exceptional service to owners, tenants, and contractors Culture You'll join a boutique; collaborative team committed to achieving the best results for clients.
