We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our team as a full-time Receptionist/Administration Assistant for a 12 month maternity leave period. Potential for extension depending on business needs and performance.

On the job training will be provided for our specific industry.The position will be to assist in providing an efficient and friendly service to our ever-evolving client base from small-medium scale local builders to Victoria's leading volume domestic builders and consultants a like.

Be a part of one of regional Victoria's leading building surveying teams

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* First point of call, answer, screen and forward calls, providing information and taking messages;
* Responding to emails and forwarding to appropriate personnel;
* Data entry;
* Filing and archiving client documents and files; and
* General administration support.

Qualification / Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication;
* Efficient and accurate data entry skills for various software programs;
* No industry experience or qualifications required.
* Building trade background and/or any hands-on experience viewed favourably.
* Potential for fast learning and development being part of a highly skilled environment.
* Local applicants preferable.

Remuneration / Salary:

An attractive remuneration package will be negotiable with the successful candidate with the salary range being dependent on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for growth and development.
