Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team at Oaks Broome Hotel and Oaks Cable Beach Resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, staff management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional food quality and presentation.
* Develop and implement new menus and recipes that meet the highest standards of taste, nutrition, and visual appeal.
* Maintain accurate stock control and manage food and labor costs to achieve budgetary targets.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and industry standards.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to maximize their potential and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience as a senior chef or executive chef in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
* Formal culinary qualification and a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor in challenging situations.
