About the Role
Austworld is seeking a self-motivated, people-oriented professional to join their team and continue optimizing cloud-based solutions. The role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to produce customized solutions that help end users achieve sustainable and positive business goals. The position requires analyzing business processes and requirements and translating them into functional solutions using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Azure-hosted) platform.
Responsibilities
Analyze and design solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct thorough needs analysis with key stakeholders to understand current processes and identify improvements using Dynamics CRM.
Document business requirements clearly, including user stories, process flows, and data mapping.
Design and develop applications following best practices, security policies, and accessibility guidelines.
Define CRM customizations, including custom entities, fields, views, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
Develop data migration strategies to transfer existing customer data into the Dynamics CRM system.
Work on web applications using .NET and integrate with REST APIs.
Manage APIs securely using Azure API Management (APIM).
Work with Business Units to identify and clarify solution requirements.
Engage in hands-on design and development with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Develop and manage functional project requirements.
Customize and extend Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules.
Configure workflows for various business processes.
Monitor and maintain the Dynamics 365 system daily.
Assist with new bolt-ons including CRM, Asset Management, Warehouse Scanning, and Transport Management.
Address functional and technical issues faced by users.
Troubleshoot and debug issues.
Qualifications
Tertiary education in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred.
Required Skills
Ability to engage well with stakeholders and understand their business problems.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in application development roles.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Dynamics 365 CE solutions at an enterprise level.
Recent Dynamics CE and Power Platform certifications are desirable.
Deep knowledge of D365 product functionalities.
Experience with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus.
Understanding of Azure Power Platform tools and technologies.
