The Opportunity: Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive at Zenith, you'll be instrumental in shaping successful media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of leading Australian and international brands.
This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about making a real impact on our clients' business outcomes through smart media planning and buying strategies.
You'll work across all mediums, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and outstanding, ROI-driven results.
What You'll Do
Campaign Activation & Optimisation: Bring media campaigns to life, ensuring they're tracked, optimised, and meet planned objectives from initial activation through to insightful post-analysis.
Media Planning & Buying Excellence: Execute accurate media buys across all channels, ensuring competitive rates, precise bookings, and managing budgets effectively to drive maximum ROI for clients.
Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with Investment Managers, Account Managers, and Digital Account Managers, providing crucial support in media planning, comprehensive reporting, and divisional portfolio management.
Data-Driven Insights: Proactively source relevant market intelligence, run tracking reports, and assist with detailed monthly and annual competitive analyses to inform strategy.
Relationship Building: Foster strong, effective relationships with media partners and creative agencies, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and identifying new opportunities.
Accuracy & Quality Assurance: Meticulously check bookings, manage materials, and ensure all data entry, reporting, and financial management tasks are precise, timely, and compliant.
What You'll Bring
Proven Experience: 2-3 years of demonstrable experience within the media agency industry, with a solid understanding of media planning and investment processes.
Media Savvy: A strong grasp of audience trends across various media channels and comprehensive knowledge of client media contracts.
Technical Proficiency: Competency with industry-standard systems such as BCC, eTAM, TARDIIS, MOVE, Asteroid, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and Nielsen Answers.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality across all tasks, reporting, and data management.
Proactive Problem Solver: A courageous and curious approach to identifying and resolving issues, coupled with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Communication Pro: Clear, efficient, and thorough communication skills, capable of presenting insights and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
Growth Mindset: A passion for our dynamic industry, our clients' businesses, and a continuous drive to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success.
