Our client is a private sector organisation with a local office in Redbank.
They are looking to engage a Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis.
**Your new role**
The Personal Assistant is responsible for providing confidential secretarial, executive, project and administrative support to the Chief Human Resource Officer.
Day-to-day duties will include but not limited to:
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements
- Management of HR Share
Point site
- Meeting and event preparation
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role, you will be an Australian Citizen and you will possess the following characteristics:
- You have a strong background in executive support to senior executives and have proven capabilities in leading a small team.
- Ability to produce high quality work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- You will be a natural problem solver
- You will have exceptional communication skills and integrity in your work.
- You will have a strong business acumen to make sound judgement and quick decisions.
