Experienced After-School Nanny - Freshwater (Northern Beaches) We are seeking a warm, confident and highly experienced nanny to support two school-aged children in a loving and structured home environment. This is a long-term role suited to someone who values consistency, routine and building strong, trusting relationships with children. Hours * Monday to Friday * Approx. 3:00pm - 7:00pm The Role * School and daycare pickups * Transport to afternoon activities * Supporting established routines at home * Preparing and cooking dinner (ingredients and recipes provided) * Assisting with evening routine, including bath and bedtime for the younger child * General tidying, children's laundry and cleaning up after activities About the Children The children thrive with predictable routines, clear communication and calm, supportive care. One child attends primary school and the other early learning. The family works closely with allied health professionals and is looking for a nanny who is confident, patient and able to follow guidance and strategies already in place. Experience supporting children with additional needs, trauma-informed care, or a willingness to learn in this space is essential. Language used within the home is positive, respectful and strengths-based. Essential Requirements * Proven nanny or childcare experience (minimum 2-3 years) * Ability to commit long term * Calm, consistent and emotionally attuned approach * Full NSW driver's licence and confident driving children * First Aid, WWCC and Police Check * Strong spoken English * Comfortable around pets * Confident swimmer NDIS & Employment Structure * Must hold an ABN * Must be able to invoice NDIS hours via a plan manager * Hourly rate commensurate with experience * Mileage reimbursed This is a rewarding role for a professional nanny who values meaningful work, stability and making a genuine difference in children's lives.
