At Centurion, we are committed to continuous improvement and innovation across our operations. We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the successful implementation of organisational change while ensuring minimal disruption to the business.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will guide our people through change – whether it relates to processes, systems, technology, or culture. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to prepare, support and enable teams to successfully adopt new ways of working.
This is a key role responsible for ensuring change initiatives are well-planned, effectively communicated, and sustainably embedded across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage change initiatives to support organisational transformation
* Conduct stakeholder analysis and business impact assessments
* Develop and implement structured change management plans
* Identify and engage key stakeholders to drive awareness and buy-in
* Facilitate smooth transitions that minimise resistance and operational disruption
* Develop communication strategies and training approaches to support change adoption
* Guide leaders and teams through the change process to build capability and confidence
* Track progress of change initiatives and adjust strategies where required
* Ensure employees are equipped with the tools, skills and support needed to adopt new ways of working
* Measure benefits realisation and ensure changes are successfully embedded and sustained
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong experience in organisational change management and stakeholder engagement.
* Minimum 10 years' experience in change management or transformation roles
* Deep understanding of recognised change frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, or Lewin's Change Management Model
* Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured change management plans aligned with organisational goals
* Strong experience conducting change impact assessments across processes, systems, data and people
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, including working with senior leaders
* Strong project management capability with the ability to plan, track and deliver change initiatives
* The ability to coach leaders and teams through change and build internal capability
* A collaborative and inclusive approach that considers the diverse needs of the workforce
