ROLE: Associate Lead - HR Status – 12 Months fixed term, extendable based on project requirement NOTE - Only applicants with Australia full work right, i.e., holding a valid visa will be considered for the role. JOB DESCRIPTION: - 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Maintain candidate and employee records. 2. Employee Relations Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Support managers in resolving workplace issues and promoting a healthy work environment. Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies. Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews to monitor employee satisfaction. 3. Payroll Administration Review and ensure payroll is managed accurately and on time, in coordination with Finance/Payroll vendors. Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and benefits deductions. Review payroll records and handle employee payroll queries. 4. Grievance Management Handle employee complaints and grievances in a timely and confidential manner. Conduct investigations when necessary and recommend appropriate action. Document and resolve employee issues, escalating complex matters to HR leadership. 5. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events. Gather feedback through surveys and focus groups to improve workplace satisfaction. Promote a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work culture. Support employee recognition and wellness programs. 6. HR Business Partner (HRBP) Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management Lead change management initiatives Support workforce planning and organizational development Serve as a consultant to managers on human resource-related issues Ensure legal compliance and enforce HR policies Skills required- Recruitment & Interviewing Payroll & HR Systems Conflict Resolution Policy Implementation Communication & Empathy Time Management Employee Engagement Strategies Infosys BPM is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive working environment.
