About the Role
As an AO3 Administration Officer at Wynnum State High School, your key responsibilities will include:
- Timetable Management: Maintaining and updating the school's active timetable, including creating and adjusting the Playground Duty Roster.
- Staff Supervisions: Managing daily supervisions in OneSchool, coordinating supply teachers, and ensuring staff absences are covered effectively.
- HR Processes: Supporting recruitment, leave management, staff induction, and maintaining accurate records.
- Process Improvement: Assisting with process improvements to enhance school operations and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
- Resource Coordination: Assisting with budgets, facilities, and resource management in collaboration with the Business Manager.
