We are looking for a Handyman to join our team in the Brisbane North/Moreton Bay Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, painting, patching, plastering, basic carpentry and other odd jobs in various properties both residential and commercial.
This role requires a high degree of professionalism and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Painting, patching.
Basic carpentry.
Perform repairs and replacements in the context of property maintenance.
Ensure all work is performed in compliance with relevant building codes and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work completed including before and after photos and using our proprietary systems to record comprehensive notes.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and explain repair options.
Collaborate with other team members and contractors as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Relevant Handyman Experience.
Reliability.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid manual driver’s license and own vehicle
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor in line with company standards (e.g., clean and neat attire).
