Recruitment Consultant – Brisbane
CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with experience in civil or construction recruitment to join our dynamic Brisbane team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering skilled workforce solutions to our clients across the civil, construction, and infrastructure sectors throughout Australia.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process – from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
* Advertise vacancies across job boards, social media, and internal databases.
* Source, screen, and place candidates in civil and construction roles – including blue and white-collar placements.
* Conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and complete reference checks.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and clients – becoming a trusted industry partner.
* Maintain a compliant and engaged candidate database.
* Juggle multiple roles and priorities with accuracy and urgency.
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous recruitment experience within the civil, construction, or infrastructure industries (labour hire or perm).
* Confident managing high-volume roles and fast turnaround times.
* Strong relationship management skills – with both clients and candidates.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience using JobAdder or similar ATS a bonus.
* A self-starter with a team-first mindset and genuine passion for people.
* Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
