You'll be chatting with potential customers, coordinating event schedules, keeping our team aligned, and yes… sometimes even getting the chance to meet our celebrity guests.
What You'll Be Doing
* Turning leads into bookings through upbeat, friendly communication (phone, email, socials — you name it)
* Coordinating day‑to‑day operations including staff schedules, logistics, itineraries, and event details across Melbourne
* Building awesome relationships with clients so they keep coming back for more good times
* Working closely with the team to keep everything smooth and organised.
