We are currently looking for a part-time Commis Chef to join our In Room Dining / Breakfast culinary team.
We are looking for passionate and eager individuals with at least 2 years experience within an upmarket a la carte restaurant or 5 Star Hotel operation and previous experience at a Commis Chef level. You will be determined to present and serve dishes of the highest quality and be passionate about using season produce and using your refined skillset. You must possess excellent communications skills whilst able to work in a busy environment.
A Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is mandatory for all positions.
You will be provided with strong guidance and the opportunity to grow your career in a friendly and harmonious work environment.
You will be paid on an hourly wage basis under the Hospitality Industry General Award 2020.
You must have full time work rights in Australia.
