The Role
This is a Sales and Business Development Role where your focus lies on targeting new customers and hunting for new business. Whilst the business will introduce you to existing accounts to get you going, this role is for those who truly enjoy hunting for new business and the have the experience to succeed. It is a fast paced role and not for the faint hearted
You will sell the service of hire of equipment - you can hire any equipment in the fleet - generators, pumps, lighting towers and traffic management equipment.
You will target a wide variety of markets including Civil, Construction, Mining, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Transport, etc across Sydney Metro and the wider NSW for those who are interested in travelling further and hiring out equipment into the Mining Sector across the Hunter Region, that is also possible - it is up to you
About You
Technical knowledge and understanding of either Generators, Pumps, or Compressors is ideal.
If you don't have technical knowledge of Generators and Pumps, but have either sold or hired out Compressors, Lighting Towers or Traffic Management Equipment, you will also be highly considered.
Prior experience in the Hire Industry is ideal as this is a fast paced environment. If you prefer slow sales process, this role is not for you.
Experience in a "Hunter Role" where you are not afraid to knock on doors and approach or "cold call" upon new businesses in your territory.

Salary
On offer is a Competitive Base Salary (dependant on experience) + Unlimited Commission which is paid at the end of each month.
Commission is based on a % of hire sales, unlimited, so you can truly earn some serious $$$ if you enjoy hunting for new business and are prepared to work in a faced paced environment.
