* Demonstrating safety leadership and participating in WHS committees
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Prior leadership experience in a sales-focused role

* Experience with full P&L budgeting and forecasting processes
* Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
* A proven ability to build teams and set expectations
* Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office
