As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for guiding high-quality services for people with complex needs. You will support a team of Counsellor Educators, provide clinical guidance and ensure accurate reporting and data quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a small team of Counsellor Educators providing expert care to clients.
* Provide ongoing clinical guidance and oversight to Counsellor Educators ensuring the best possible outcomes.
* Ensure that all reports are accurate and meet necessary standards for data quality.
* Collaborate closely with General Managers and local stakeholders to enhance community responses to AOD use and mental health issues.
The role includes service delivery, team leadership, data oversight and community engagement, requiring a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
