Hays Gippsland is thrilled to partner with a distinguished organisation in their field to find a skilled Learning and Development Advisor to join their team. This exciting opportunity is initially offered as a four-day-per-week role for a 16-week term, with the potential for extension or future opportunities.
You will be responsible for the following
* Implement and develop Learning & Development initiatives aligned with organisational strategy.
* Coordinate and project manage training programs within budget constraints.
* Support Diversity & Inclusion efforts in partnership with the HR team.
* Develop and maintain relationships with executives, managers, and employees to address training needs.
* Manage accurate training records for compliance and best practice.
* Support talent development through customised leadership and capability programs.
* Design and deliver high-quality learning materials, including eLearning and professional development content.
* Facilitate complex training sessions and workshops.
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience within Learning and Development
* A problem-solving mindset with an ability to adapt and innovate during organisational change.
* Effective time management and prioritisation skills, able to work independently while keeping teams informed.
* Demonstrated ability to create, facilitate, and evaluate impactful training programs.
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for engaging stakeholders across all organisational levels.
* Degree or tertiary qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Psychology, Business, Behavioural Sciences, or equivalent experience.
