Site Manager – Grounds & Facilities
Location: Brisbane, QLD
Salary Package: $80,000–$90,000 + Superannuation + Company Vehicle + $10K Retention Bonus
Staff360, on behalf of TrueGreen, is seeking a motivated and professional Site Manager to oversee the grounds and facilities operations at a leading private education site in Brisbane.
This is a confidential appointment offering stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to take pride in managing one of the region's most respected school environments.
Responsibilities
Lead daily site operations across all grounds and facilities functions, ensuring a professional, well-presented environment.
Plan and schedule maintenance programs—from routine tasks to seasonal projects—balancing quality outcomes with efficiency and safety.
Motivate and support a small, capable team of TrueGreen staff and apprentices, fostering a positive and team-oriented culture.
Collaborate with the client's Facilities Manager to align site priorities, manage budgets, and deliver clear reporting and communication.
Promote continuous improvement through proactive maintenance, innovation, and attention to detail.
Uphold WHS and Child Protection standards, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
Represent TrueGreen and the client with professionalism, reinforcing shared values of service, reliability, and respect within the school community.
Qualifications
Certificate III or higher in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Horticulture, Greenkeeping, Parks & Gardens, or related experience.
Facilities, maintenance, or landscaping management background.
Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
Hands-on approach and pride in presentation.
Current QLD Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Package
$80K–$90K + Super (depending on experience)
Company vehicle for business use.
$10,000 retention bonus after 18 months in role.
