Role PurposeWe are looking for a Strategy & Corporate Development Analyst to join our high‐performing central strategy team. Our Strategy & Corporate Development team works at the centre of the business, partnering with senior leaders to shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and execute high‐impact M&A and partnerships across global markets. Key AccountabilitiesSupport enterprise‐wide strategic planning, including the 5‐year plan and annual Board strategy cycles Analyse and evaluate organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including M&A and partnerships Build advanced financial models and valuations (DCF, business cases, scenario analysis) Lead key workstreams across commercial due diligence, deal execution and integration support Deliver high‐quality insights, presentations and Board papers for senior decision‐makers Monitor industry trends, competitor movements and deal flow in a dynamic global sector Qualifications3‐4 years' experience in strategy or management consulting Strong problem‐solving, analytical and structured thinking capability Advanced financial modelling and data synthesis skills Exceptional written and verbal communication Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders Curiosity, integrity and the confidence to challenge thinking constructively About the RoleWork in a small, high‐impact strategy team including ex‐consultants Exposure to strategy, M&A, digital transformation and global operations Meaningful work aligned to a clear purpose to transform lives through international education Global organisation with development and career progression pathways#J-18808-Ljbffr
