About the opportunity:
The Customer Project coordinator is part of the Wilson Homes Operations team and reports to the Customer Service Manager. The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer service through the customers build journey. More specifically, you will:
•Manage a portfolio of 50+ customers based in from proposal acceptance through to completion of construction, ensuring a smooth and positive build journey.
•Set clear expectations and guide customers through each pre construction milestone, confidently presenting plans and HIA contracts for customers across Hobart and Launceston and the North West regions.
•Build strong relationships through consistent communication, providing customers weekly progress updates and promptly addressing customer concerns.
•Work collaboratively with construction supervisors to assist in administering the HIA contract through the construction phase.
•Proactively drive files to commencement by coordinating with lenders, internal teams and external stakeholders to remove roadblocks and keep timelines on track.
•Apply strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills to deliver fair, win win outcomes for customers and the business.
•Conduct quality assurance checks at key milestones and capture customer feedback to continually improve the experience.
•Travel to required to north or south office for client appointments
About you:

•Strong people and relationship building skills
•Previous experience working in fast paced, high volume administrative role
•The ability to work under pressure successfully managing multiple clients and prioritising workloads
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of the residential construction industry – highly regarded
•Ability to drive north or south offices. Drivers license – Essential
