Job Description


Your role as a People & Culture Business Partner

As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with People and Culture Manager, leaders and employees to shape a thriving workplace culture.

You'll have the opportunity to :

* Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
* Support change management, workforce planning, and talent development initiatives.
* Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee well‑being programs.
* Support workplace health and safety (WHS) initiatives, by providing education on compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
* Manage workplace injuries and return‑to‑work processes in collaboration with management and external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies and best practices.
* Drive engagement strategies that align with organisational goals.

Desired Skills and Experience


What you'll bring


HR Expertise

– Demonstrated experience in HR roles, with exposure to strategic and operational initiatives.


Employment Law & Compliance

– Strong knowledge of employment law, WHS standards, and HR best practices.


Communication & Relationship Management

– Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to ensure you can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


Emotional Intelligence & Confidentiality

– High emotional intelligence and discretion when dealing with sensitive matters.


Qualifications & Experience

– Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
