* Deliver high-quality legal advice on complex matters related to indemnity, liability, quantum, and third-party contribution
* Regularly review relevant case law and legislative developments to ensure informed decision-making
* Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to produce timely, accurate, and commercially viable advice
* Attend settlement conferences and mediations to achieve effective outcomes
* Instruct counsel at court proceedings and trials
* Manage and prioritize work effectively, ensuring seamless delivery of services
* Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders to enhance customer experience
* Develop an in-depth understanding of client operations and strategy
* Nurture prospective client relationships through proactive engagement
* Engage in continuous professional development and manage MCLE requirements
