**About the Role**
An exceptional 12 month contract opportunity for a Sales Graduate has become available. The business is growing and this newly-created role within the NSW sales team offers a chance for graduates to utilise the skills they have acquired and put them to the test, whilst taking the driver seat in their development.
Working closely with a mentor, the sales team, and the National Account Manager, this role has been designed for the Sales Graduate to be able to develop the skills and knowledge needed to independently manage accounts and achieve sales targets. **What You Will Do**
Key responsibilities include, and are not limited to:
- Gain knowledge of Products and Services
- Assist in the customer's relationships within selected customers by running defined projects and support the day-to-day operations
- Participate during the implementation of agreed product development plans for selected customers
- Prepare promotional activities based on category management tools
- Meet personal sales targets across the full line of products and/or services within assigned customers supported by an Account Manager
- Monitor competitor activity in each customer and participate in the development and implementation of appropriate activities
- Continuously build market knowledge and provide information on relevant customer feedback, market dynamics and competitor activity to appropriate contacts
- Manage forward planning for calls, document visits, maintain sales opportunities and keep all customer information up to date using Essity's CRM system
- Support from a technical/IT as well as commercial point of view contributor to best practice sharing, networks and projects across the organization
- Support in delivering critical decision-making tools to sales & marketing that are dynamic/interactive, robust/flexible and financially insightful
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and internal stakeholders to execute strategy and support agreed customer opportunities
- Complete appropriate training to support all aspects of role and business policies
- Participate, share activities and contribute to monthly team meetings
**Who You Are**
To be considered for this role, you will possess:
- Completed qualification/degree in business, science or nursing is advantageous
- Possess a high level of communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with our internal and external customers
- Have the ability to work autonomously with a clear customer focused orientation
- Have the drive and enthusiasm to succeed and provide solutions that add value to both customer and the business
- IT Proficiency; intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a high performing team
- Excellent interpersonal skills; fluent in English
- Current Driver's Licence
