We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our team at the brand-new Crown Plaza Shell Cove Marina.

Responsibilities
Lead your team and set up the key tasks for the day
Hold team briefings to address upcoming challenges
Collaborate with the hotel leadership team on short- and long-term quality metrics
Ensure rooms are delivered to the hotel on time for guest arrival
Maintain communication with the team and provide resourcing as required
Handle administration relating to Health and Safety, billing and rostering
Ensure guests are serviced with a smile
Handover effectively to the team

Qualifications / Requirements
