Job Summary
The Supply Chain Manager role is a critical position in our warehouse team, responsible for overseeing the movement and storage of products. This individual must possess strong planning, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to deliver exceptional service across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory management, cost optimization, and stock returns
* Receipting, dispatching, safely storing, issuing, and delivering materials and supplies
* Assisting in inventory management, setting re-order levels, and maintaining optimal stock levels
* Maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet service standards
* Collaborating in the automation of inventory reordering and control
* Working cohesively with a small team to provide high-quality customer service
To be successful in this position, you should have:
* A valid fork lift truck license
* Significant experience in inventory control/logistics/warehouse operations
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
* Effective communication and technical interpretation skills
* A structured approach to tasks
