**The Company**
Our client is a prominent manufacturing company that is currently enjoying robust growth due to increased demand in the Australian construction industry. As a result of a valued team member's departure, they are now offering a permanent position for a Personal Assistant to join the team.
**The Role**
As the Personal Assistant, you will provide executive support to the Managing Director & Director of Operations.
Key duties will include;
- Diary management including arranging internal and external appointments
- Prepare board / meeting papers, including finalising meeting papers, preparing agendas, record and produce minutes of meetings, review supporting documentation, follow up on action items
- Coordinate meetings for the Executive/s including coordination of attendees and organising pre-briefs
- Organise functions and workshops
- Travel management, domestic and international
- Creating client reports and presentation materials
- Assist with key internal reports and presentations
- Monthly expenses reconciliation
- Assist the broader Administration Team where required
**About You**
- Prior experience providing executive support and assistance at senior management level
- Experience within the construction or/manufacturing industry highly regarded, although not essential
- Extensive Microsoft Suite Skills and Knowledge;
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality with handling personal matters
