About This Role
Our Human Resources team is a collaborative group of seasoned professionals who guide and lead HR best practices, including strategic human resources, capability development and stakeholder liaison.
The primary goal of this role is to partner with stakeholders to coach, guide and advise leaders to effectively manage their teams, deliver business objectives while adhering to policies and legal requirements.
This position requires broad HR generalist experience, a strong understanding of employment-related legislation and contemporary IR and HR practices, leadership ability and proven consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as an HR Business Partner in a medium or large organisation;
* Experience in employee relations/industrial relations and policies and procedures;
* Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, conduct investigations and manage complex performance management and conduct issues;
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or another related discipline.
