Your Role
* Manage a portfolio of strata properties (size based on your experience)
* Chair meetings, prepare agendas, minutes, and budgets
* Implement meeting actions and process work orders
* Respond to client enquiries professionally
* Conduct site inspections and client meetings
* Oversee maintenance, complex projects, and compliance
What We're Looking For
* Current Certificate of Registration
* 6–12 months strata experience
* Working towards your Strata Licence (as required)
* Strong understanding of strata legislation
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Proactive, professional, and client-focused mindset
