We uniquely maintain a full on-site production factory that keeps craftsmanship, quality control, design, marketing and photography all under one roof.About your new roleCreate and manage production ready artwork files ready for printing, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all size breaks & stylesEnsure all graphics and sublimation artworks are print ready according to deadlines & timelinesCorrespond with fashion designers to confirm artwork is in-alignment with design proofEnsure accurate artwork alignment, scaling, and repeat accuracy across all print designsManage colour accuracy, including correct CMYK values, colour profiles, and approved colour gradientsPrepare and align contours with pattern notches for accurate garment construction and printingPrepare files for test printing and ensure strike-offs/test prints match bulk productionApply accurate colour profiles, ensuring the profile used in artwork matches the saved digital filesLabel artwork files clearly and accurately, including profiles, versions, and colourwaysConduct final quality checks to prevent production errors and reprints such as reviewing all additional notes attached to the taskThis in an office-based role Mon-Fri, 7:30am start – 4pm finish, with early finish on FridaysWhat will you bring?
Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, In Design and Photoshop2+ years demonstrated experience in textile design and illustrationKnowledge of elements and principles of design and how they apply to textilesUnderstanding of various textile manufacturing and printing techniques including digital printing, stretch fabric structuresFamiliarity with garment construction, pattern making, print, contours and pattern alignmentExperience with fabric strike-offs and bulk production approvalsExcellent attention to detail when creating designs and textile artwork.Solid knowledge of colour management, CMYK values, and gradientsCert 4 or higher qualifications in textile, graphic, or designSo why join us?
