Project Manager
As a project manager at Brunel, you will oversee all technical aspects of assigned projects from planning through to completion.
* Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of brownfield sustaining projects in accordance with internal project governance.
* Apply a hybrid Agile/Scrum project methodology including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Manage contractor interfaces and ensure alignment with project scope and standards.
* Oversee procurement of materials and services, and track cost and schedule performance.
* Ensure completed works are handed over smoothly to operational teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing project plans to meet business objectives.
* Managing project resources, including budget, timeline, and team members.
* Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
* Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
Requirements for this role include:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or a related field.
* Proven success delivering projects across the full lifecycle (study to commissioning and handover).
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strategic thinking and strong prioritisation skills.
* Calm and composed under pressure with a drive for results.
