About the Role
We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who loves working with clients, keeping projects on track, and being at the centre of a busy creative team.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships but also thrives on organisation, structure, and making sure things actually get done.


You’ll be the go-to person for your clients, while working closely with our internal team to ensure projects run smoothly from brief through to delivery.


No two days will look the same, you’ll be managing timelines, communicating with clients, coordinating with the team, and making sure every project stays on track and meets expectations.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Managing client relationships and being their main point of contact

* Leading onboarding, briefs, and project kick-offs

* Coordinating projects from start to finish

* Managing timelines, deadlines, and deliverables

* Working closely with creative, digital, and strategy teams

* Keeping projects moving and following up on tasks internally

* Communicating updates clearly to clients

* Identifying issues early and solving problems before they escalate

* Supporting quoting, timelines, and general project admin

* Ensuring all work delivered meets client expectations and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in an account management, project coordination, or agency role

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* Confident communication skills with both clients and internal teams

* Ability to manage multiple projects at once

* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

* Someone who takes ownership and follows things through

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

Bonus Points

* Experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment

* Experience working with property, real estate, or development clients

* Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, HubSpot, or similar

* Confidence supporting timelines, budgets, or quoting
