We are currently seeking a **Full-Time Parts Sales Administrator** to join our growing and dynamic team based **in Bayswater, Western Australia**.
This role would be ideal for an individual who is looking for their next career challenge and has a background in internal sales, parts interpreting, procurement and customer service.
At SMP we pride ourselves on being the #constructionequipmentspecialist, therefore knowledge of earthmoving equipment is excellent however, is not required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide price, availability, and lead times to customers on required items.
- Ability to interpret customer enquiries regarding parts availability, lead times, technical support, and any other customer queries.
- Create and process customer quotes and orders in an efficient manner.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
- Identify, locate and source required parts both locally and internationally.
- Ensure all databases for parts and pricing are updated correctly.
- Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, company employees, customers and suppliers.
- Any other general administration duties as required to support your role's daily function.
**Requirements**:
- Proven ability to be customer focused with an eagerness to increase sales.
- Exposure to the earthmoving industry is highly desirable.
- Proven success with planning, organisation, and time management.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise and ensure urgent items are actioned.
- Experience in procurement an advantage.
- Be a positive communicator to liaise with all stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Sound computer literacy - training for internal systems will be provided.
- Have a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, collaborate and strive for greatness.
- Display an excellent work ethic and willingness to achieve.
- Hold a current Driver's License.
- Willingness and ability to obtain a Police Clearance (6 months).
- Be well presented, punctual and trustworthy.
We require a strong commitment to quality as a priority, with the ability to work unsupervised and function well within a team environment.
