We're looking for Customer Experience Experts to join our team on a part-time basis (23.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday). About the Role
* Deliver exceptional customer service experiences in a dynamic inbound/outbound contact centre environment.
* Become a trusted resource, providing comprehensive information on government programs and processes.

* Master complex enquiries, leveraging your in-depth knowledge and sharp problem-solving skills.

The Essentials
* You must be an Australian Citizen.
* You should be at least 18 years old.
* You should be available to work on a part-time basis of 23.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of either 9:45am-2:30pm or 12:30pm-5:15pm.
