**Position Purpose**:
As a Store Manager at Roll'd, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, driving profitability, and upholding the Roll'd standard of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the restaurant's success by fostering a positive work environment, optimizing efficiency, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership**: Lead and inspire a team of employees, setting clear expectations and providing guidance to ensure they deliver exceptional service and follow Roll'd's standards.
- **Operations Management**: Manage daily operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, inventory management, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure every customer has an outstanding experience by maintaining high standards of service quality, resolving customer issues, and soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability by monitoring expenses and revenue, as well as implementing cost-effective strategies.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and develop team members to excel in their roles, fostering a positive work culture and professional growth.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that food quality and presentation meet Roll'd's standards through regular inspections and coaching.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and minimize waste.
- **Marketing and Promotion**: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive customer traffic and sales.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in fast-food or restaurant management is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Food safety and health regulations knowledge.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
