Job Description
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students with SEMH conditions.
* Work collaboratively with the class team to provide a supportive learning environment.
* Monitor and report on pupil progress, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement effective behavior management strategies.
* Maintain open communication with parents and carers to ensure a consistent approach to supporting students.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices in SEN education.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Hold qualified teacher status (QTS) and have a strong basic education to degree level.
* Prior experience working with pupils with SEMH conditions is highly desirable.
