Your Role
As General Foreman, you'll take the lead on the structural phase of luxury apartment developments typically valued between $60m - $80m, overseeing basements, vertical structure, and slabs.
As the project progresses, you'll continue through the internal and finishes stages, maintaining consistency and quality from structure to handover.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, Site Manager, Finishes Foreman and commercial team, you'll coordinate trades, drive program outcomes, and ensure safety, quality and design intent are delivered every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise all structural works, including basements, cores, and slabs.
* Manage subcontractors, sequencing and program milestones to ensure timely delivery.
* Oversee the transition from structure through to internal and finishes stages.
* Maintain strong site safety, quality assurance and communication with the wider team.
* Resolve build-ability challenges collaboratively with engineers, consultants and site staff.
* Uphold the company's commitment to detail, presentation and delivery excellence.
Your Background
* Trade-qualified Carpenter, Formwork or Structural background preferred.
* Proven experience as a Foreman or General Foreman on mid to high-rise residential or commercial projects.
* Strong technical understanding of concrete structure and sequencing.
* Practical mindset with the ability to plan ahead and manage multiple trades.
* Clear communicator who can lead teams and maintain site discipline and quality.
