Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations and Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing customer emails, scheduling events, sourcing venues, and coordinating with marketing and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all customer emails for the region, handle ticket changes, refunds, booking issues, and FAQs.
* Schedule events, build calendars, and notify marketing of new or updated events.
* SOURCE AND SECURE VENUES FOR WORKSHOPS, MANAGE CONTRACTS, INVOICES, AND SETUP TIMES.
* Schedule presenters and support staff, create and track workshop budgets, and process venue and supplier invoices.
Requirements:
* MATRIC + DEGREE WITH A STRONG OPERATIONS, EVENTS OR COORDINATION BACKGROUND.
* Excellent written English and highly professional communication.
* Impeccable organisation and multitasking ability.
* Comfortable with digital platforms (Luma or similar, CRM systems, Google Suite).
* Able to work proactively across multiple weekly events.
