Pharmacist Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate closely with senior pharmacists to deliver high-quality pharmacy services to diverse patient groups.
* Contribute to a supportive and professional hospital pharmacy team environment.
* Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance pharmacy services at the hospital.
Essential Criteria:
* Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized tertiary institution.
* Current registration with AHPRA as a practicing pharmacist.
Selection Criteria:
* Current registration with AHPRA with no restrictions on scope of practice.
* Proven experience in delivering advanced clinical pharmacy services.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
* Strong interpersonal and staff supervision skills.
* Experience in quality use of medicines and quality improvement initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of our dedicated pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pharmacy services to patients at the hospital. This is a permanent full-time position that requires 38 hours of work per week.

Remuneration: AU$131,830.72 - AU$135,397.65 per annum
