We are seeking an experienced IT Change Manager to fill the role of Change Lead on one of our Government sector projects based in Melbourne.
About the Role
The Change Lead will be responsible for managing IT changes and releases within the project scope. This includes identifying, assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing changes, as well as ensuring that all changes are properly documented and controlled.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT change management and release management, including experience working within large, multi-vendor environments. They should also have excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage IT changes and releases within the project scope
* Identify, assess, plan, implement, and review changes
* Ensure all changes are properly documented and controlled
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of changes
Requirements
* ITIL v3 or v4 certification
* Experience with ServiceNow
* Strong analytical and process documentation skills
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
* Demonstrated understanding of other ITIL service management practices
